Singapore’s Napier Healthcare Solutions Under Investigation Over Unpaid Salaries

SINGAPORE – The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is investigating Napier Healthcare Solutions following complaints from employees about unpaid salaries dating back to November 2023.

Twelve employees have sought assistance from MOM and the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) over salary arrears. MOM and TADM are examining potential violations of the Employment Act and have pledged continued support for the affected workers.

The Singapore-headquartered company, founded in 2008, provides healthcare technology solutions and operates a Global Development Centre in Hyderabad, India. Napier has nine employees in Singapore.

A spokesperson for Napier admitted to salary delays due to cash flow challenges but denied any salary disputes. Despite previous assurances that dues would be cleared, several former employees claim they are still awaiting payment.

One ex-employee reported being owed around $90,000 after receiving inconsistent payments during his tenure from October 2023 to July 2024. He hired lawyers to pursue his claim, but as of February 2025, he has not been paid.

Another former employee stated that his last full salary was in October 2023, with only partial payments since. He resigned due to a lack of transparency from the company about when salaries would be settled. MOM and TADM are continuing their investigations while assisting affected employees with their claims.
