KUALA LUMPUR – A foreign man was killed, and four others sustained injuries in a shooting incident near Morib Beach in Selangor, Malaysia, on the morning of January 24. Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan confirmed the fatality and ongoing investigation into the event.
Among the injured were three foreign nationals, believed to be Indonesians, who were treated at Hospital Sultan Idris Shah. Another victim was sent to Klang Hospital. Eyewitness accounts and hospital sources revealed that the injured individuals arrived at the hospital under mysterious circumstances, some with wet clothing and lacking identification documents.
The victims reportedly provided conflicting explanations regarding their injuries, which were later confirmed as gunshot wounds. The hospital administration promptly alerted the authorities. Police are actively investigating the case to uncover the circumstances behind the shooting.
