The daily commute gradually nurtured qualities that would later become the foundation of her success, discipline, endurance and an unwavering commitment to learning.

Her dream of serving society eventually led her to prepare for the highly competitive Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. Success in the examination requires years of focused preparation, intellectual rigor and immense mental resilience. Competing against thousands of talented aspirants from across the country, Namrata remained steadfast in her goal and ultimately achieved an extraordinary feat by securing All India Rank 12 in the UPSC examination.

Her achievement represented much more than individual success. It became a beacon of hope for countless young people living in remote and conflict-affected regions, proving that circumstances need not determine destiny.
