Political and military ties between New Zealand and Maynmar suspended after the Coup


On Tuesday, New Zealand announced that they are suspending high-level military and political contacts with Myanmar after the Military Coup.
It’s the first international move for isolating the country after the Coup.
After this news Prime Minister Jacinda Arden called up the international community and requested them to condemn everything that is happening in Mayanmar, she further stated that Mayanmar had worked very hard towards building democracy and each n every would be devasted to see what the military has done in the past few days. And they (NewZelanders) will do whatever they can from here.
Arden also said that they would put travel bans on all the senior military figures.
Last week, Myanmar’s military detained Aung San Suu Kyi and various other members of National League for Democracy party putting an end on the civilian rule and creating havoc all over the world.
