Nine out of Ten students in Singapore signed up for vaccination

As per the education minister Chan Chun Sing, around 90% of Students graduating cohorts have signed up to get vaccinated against coronavirus. Approximately 50 percent of the students have received their first dose.
Around 80% of the students who are pursuing the polytechnic course and the students in the junior year who have already registered have received the vaccine. The students who are studying in autonomous universities will receive invites for covid -19 Tuesday onwards.
While updating the Facebook, Mr, chan also said that the ministry of education’s vaccination center at the institute of technical education college central had started its operations. The health promotion board is also setting up its new vaccination center.
The vaccination drive has seen a positive response from the students. Mr chan also stated that he is grateful to Singaporeans for prioritizing the vaccination drive catering to students.
