Exemplary Memory Workshop organised by SARC Foundation in association with JIE International School Asia


Always thinking of doing something different for the all-round development of the children, SARC Foundation, a pioneer in the field of education, is setting new paradigms in various fields of education. Recently, SARC Foundation Nepal in association with JIE International School Asia organized a memory workshop at SAARC School located in Kanchanpur, Nepal. In this the students of primary class took part in the two-day workshop. 
In this workshop, Memory Trainer Saranshika Singh, who came from India, trained the children. She expressed her happiness and delight to be present there. While giving training to the students in the workshop, Saranika Singh said that children are divided into four activities during the course of teaching namely writing, listening, reading and watching. She further said that our brain remembers pictures for a long time in comparison with plain text. She taught many techniques in the workshop which will help children to increase their memory power and retain the knowledge they gain for long periods of time. On this occasion, Mr. Kaushal Kumar, Chairman of Ray Foundation and Executive Secretary of PRONES Asia, Priyanka, Director of JIE School, Asia, Manisha Singh, Principal JIE Preschool, Chhatarpur branch along with various dignitaries of the area were present. 
Laxman Basnet, Chairman, SARC Education Foundation said thatu Such workshops should be regularly organized as it enlightens the teachers and students regarding new techniques which can strengthen memory power. Rot learning should be completely avoided and focus should lay on conceptual learning with increase in knowledge and enhancement of skills. Organization of this memory workshop by SARC Foundation in association with JIE International school Asia has set an apt example for all educational institutes.
