Prof. Kamal K. Pande Joins CPRG Advisory Committee

UTTARAKHAND – Prof. Kamal K. Pande, a distinguished academician from Uttarakhand, India and former Registrar of Kumaun University and Director of Higher Education, has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Centre for Policy Research and Governance (CPRG), New Delhi.

Renowned for his scholarly contributions, including the book “Uchcha Shiksha Mein Chhatron ka Satat Kalyan: Samuhik Uttardayitva” (Continuous Student Welfare in Higher Education: A Collective Responsibility), Prof. Pande is celebrated for his visionary work in advancing education, student welfare, and institutional leadership. With this appointment, he brings decades of expertise in education and policy-making to CPRG’s national platform.

The CPRG, headquartered at Mandi House, New Delhi, is a leading policy think tank engaged in education, governance, economy, social development, environment, regional development, and science and technology. It connects experts, scholars, and policymakers while also nurturing young talent through fellowships, mentorship, and capacity-building initiatives.
